Peanut Butter Hummus

Level: Easy

Servings: 20


2 cups Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup of PB2 (peanut butter powder) usually found in natural whole food markets

½ cup Peanut or Almond Butter

1 cup Water

1tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 tablespoon Sugar

 Method: Combine all ingredients in a food processor, puree until smooth and whipped
