This week at the Jayson Taylor Foundation, Kelitha focused on the importance of whole grains while Octavia showed the students how to make eggs. The students learned the difference between hard boiled, poached, scramble, and fried and got to sample one of each. They also made fruit smoothies and had a blast. Stay tune for our snack lesson where we teach the students examples of healthy snacks!
