Servings: 10


32 oz.                           Yogurt, lowfat, plain

3                                    Cucumbers, peeled, diced

1 tablespoon             Dill, fresh and chopped

1.5 teaspoons           Garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon              Fresh mint chopped

3 tablespoons            Juice of Lemon

¼ teaspoon                Black Pepper

3 tablespoons            Olive oil



Drain and press yogurt for ½ hr.

Small dice cucumbers. Chop fresh herbs. Mix all ingredients together
