This week at Irma Wesley we talked about the importance fo having a well balanced breakfast. Some of the participants mentioned that breakfast is not part of their daily diet. One participant mentioned that she drinks Red Bull every morning and does not breakfast. After our lecture, she was going to try and eat something healthy in the morning ane cut down the amount of energy drinks. Johanna, our nutritionist really focused on the advantages and strategies to getting a balanced meal in the morning. For our recipes, the class made chocolate strawberry french toast and a fruit salad with fresh mint. Stay tuned for our Winn Dixie tour next week!
